Deliveries
Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE to most UK mainland destinations. In certain postcode areas a delivery charge may apply. You will be informed of any additional charge before completing your order. If you require a delivery outside of the UK mainland including, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Isles, then please contact us prior to placing your order to check availability and delivery charges.
Notification
On receipt of a valid customer order and confirmation of payment, the company will arrange for delivery to the delivery address as stated in the customer order. Either the Company or a duly authorised distributor shall make delivery of the product. When the product is ready to dispatch, you will be contacted by one of our represntatives to confirm the delivery date. On dispatch of the goods, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address supplied with the order. You will also be able to track the status of your order by logging in to the account section of the website, using the login details provided.
Delivery Times
Subject to availability, it is our aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 working days or quicker if possible. In certain circumstances, stock levels or delivery schedules may not allow for the normal service. In these circumstances you will be notified by either e-mail or telephone of any delay at which time you will have the right to cancel your order if you so wish.
Delivery Days
Deliveries of Barbecues, patio heaters and accessories take place Monday-Friday. If you require a weekend delivery, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note an additional delivery charge will apply.
Re-arranged Deliveries
In circumstances where we are unable to deliver as a result of your absence from the Delivery Address on the agreed delivery date, any re-arranged delivery may incur a delivery charge at our discretion.
Gas Cylinders
Please note that when ordering a gas cylinder through our website you are actually purchasing directly from Flogas UK Ltd and its own delivery terms will apply. You may view Flogas’ delivery policy at www.flogas.co.uk/legal/sale/. Co-ordination of HeavenChef and Flogas deliveries can not be guaranteed. O-Gas cylinders are supplied directly through HeavenChef and as such are covered by HeavenChef’s delivery policy.
Cancellations & Returns
As a consumer, you will have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt of the Goods) to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, you must write to us at the e-mail address or postal address provided in the contact us section of the website. You must return the Goods to the Company at your own cost in the same condition and packaging as provided. You will be refunded only on receipt and inspection of the Goods. If the condition of the Goods or packaging is not as its original condition, any refund is subject to the Company’s discretion. If the goods supplied are faulty or damaged or the Company has made a mistake with the Goods, you must notify the Company and we will replace or credit all faulty goods. N.B. At time of delivery customer will visually inspect goods to ensure there is no damage to cartons and will either sign for as received in good condition or note if damage is evident. In the event of any claim access to this information will important.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
